Perma Play 2-Layer System for Bell Shoals Baptist Church

We usually do playgrounds for schools, daycares and parks but sometimes we get to do unique jobs for churches, community sports facilities and other venues requiring rubber surface product. We had the pleasure of completing a great rubber play surface at Bell Shoals Baptist Church in Brandon, Florida. This play space was craving our superior Perma Play 2-Layer System poured in place rubber material. We had a team of five rubber surfacing laborers installing 1,929 square feet of rubber surfacing along with the sub-base under the playground.

No project is ever too small, big or complex. When our Lead Installer starts any project, he measures out the area first. With this job, it was determined that their measurement was 383 square feet less that what was required to make a great playground. Our staff works like clockwork. The Sales Manager contacted Bell Shoals Baptist Church staff, they gave the green light for the added square footage then our crew went to work immediately. Our rubber surfacing laborers are fully trained, OSHA certified, considerate and hardworking. They used aromatic adhesive to combine the two layers then adhered them to the sub-base. The top coat is virgin EPDM rubber which is non-toxic. The bottom coat is 100 percent black recycled rubber which is eco-friendly. Day one was laying the sub-base. Once that cures or dries then the buffing rubber surface is applied the last surface is the colorful top layer. This job took four days and was done efficiently and beautifully!
