Playground Perma Play 2-Layer System for Parkwood Park Maryland Heights, MO

This useful rubber surface Parkwood Park turned out excellent. They selected our company to provide a superb Perma Play 2-Layer System poured in place rubber totaling 1500 square feet as well as our premium aromatic adhesive binder and our standard color mix of black and blue. Our basic standard colors come in equal parts black with a choice of four colors: blue, green, red or yellow.

We also removed the existing old rubber surface to install this brand new, safe and beautiful rubber surface. Old rubber surfaces not only lose that bouncy feeling, but the depth can degrade which can be a safety hazard. They required 3.5 inches in depth for the surface system to be compliant to the critical fall height (CFH) recommendations. This CFH can be considered as an approximation of the fall height below which an injury would occur. This is determined by measuring the equipment platform to the ground. Our products meet or exceed requirements set forth in the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission handbook. Safety is a great concern for us and we are always ADA compliant. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, it’s estimated that there were more than 200, 000 injuries annually on public playgrounds across the country that required emergency room treatment. By following their recommended guidelines, Parkwood Park can now have a safe and risk-free playground environment for their community with a range of abilities and disabilities.

Strasburg

Playground Perma Play 2-Layer System for Strasburg C-3 School District

We provided installation of three play areas totaling 5,000 square feet of our exclusive Perma Play 2-Layer System rubber surfacing and each area was a standard color mix of blue and black. The blue color matches the play equipment and is a primary royal blue shade. The playground is constructed of two layers. The top wear consists of virgin EPDM rubber and we only use this as a top layer because it’s non-toxic and safe. The bottom layer are a buffings rubber material which is 100 percent recycled tires. Our fully trained rubber surfacing laborers completed this project on time and within budget. They read construction site plans with specific measurements to achieve designs.

During the curing or drying stage, it’s important that no big or little feet touch the surface. We supply a caution tape barrier to make everyone aware to stay off the surface allowing it time to set up. Once it’s ready then it’s time to have fun! Our laborers are talented and might be a Picasso in disguise because they are very artistic. They interpret complex graphics turning them into lively, awesome play spaces. We take every job seriously and our crews are always competent, experienced and courteous. No project is never too big or too small. While these play areas didn’t require graphics, they still looked phenomenal. This Perma Play pour in place rubber surface for Strasburg C-3 School District play area turn out fantastic.
