Playground Perma Play 2-Layer System for Glenwood Elementary

We installed a great brand-new playground for Glenwood Elementary school using our superior Perma Play 2-Layer System poured in place rubber material. The smooth playground at 1,450 square feet of black and light grey mixture is now a fun and safe place to play. This play area had a recommended critical fall height (CFH) of 4 feet around the play equipment the surface is under. This CFH guide is set forth by ASTM International. It is a globally recognized leader in the development and delivery of international voluntary consensus standards. We have our Perma Play surface products laboratory tested. It exceeds the ASTM standards for safety and quality compliance. This job was installed at 2 inches of depth which is very typical.

We installed our Perma Play over their existing sub-base. Our Perma Play product has so many benefits. It’s ADA compliant, easy to maintain, endless custom deign capability, slip resistant, seamless, durable, resilient, safe and IPEMA certified to meet ASTM F 1292 standards. Pro-Techs Surfacing has received written validation from the Independent laboratory and our surfacing conforms to the IPEMA requirements of the independent standard. We love building safe playgrounds for schools, day cares and parks. According to Mr. Rogers, “play is serious learning” and we couldn’t agree more. Children need seriously safe and fun play spaces. But we do all kinds of surfacing for athletic surfaces, patios, running tracks, pool decks, garage floors, walking trails and many more surface applications. We offer mixed surfacing play areas which can be whole, partial or combinations: Perma Play, Perma Mulch, Perma Turf or Perma Splash.
